Can I change my order?

It is not possible to add or remove products from an order. Once an order has been placed, we will begin processing as soon as possible. This means that we will collect and package the products to prepare for delivery.

Since the order has started processing and has already passed through several stages of processing, it is not possible to add or remove products. Therefore, it is important to carefully check your order before making your purchase.

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after you have made your purchase. We will do our best to help you cancel your order if possible. We will then refund you and then you will be able to make a new purchase with any changes you wish to make.
