At what height should the toilet paper holder be installed?

The toilet paper holder can sometimes be tricky to position optimally. For best comfort, it should be installed at a height that is easy to reach when sitting on the toilet.

A common guideline is to mount it approximately 70 cm from the floor, but the most important thing is that the paper is within easy reach and can be rolled out smoothly without difficulty.

On which side should the toilet paper holder be placed?

The placement depends on the layout of your bathroom and your preferences. Generally, it is recommended to position the toilet paper next to or slightly in front of the toilet, either on the right or left wall. You should not have to reach backward to access the paper – the goal is an ergonomic and comfortable placement.

At what height should bathroom hooks be installed?

Bathroom hooks serve different purposes and are therefore mounted at different heights. Near the sink, bathroom hooks are typically placed 10–20 cm above the vanity, either to the right or left, usually between 85–100 cm from the floor.

Outside the shower, hooks are usually installed slightly higher so that towels can hang freely without touching the floor. We recommend installing bathroom hooks at a height of 160 cm from the floor.
