In the event of any errors or deficiencies regarding our products, it must be pointed out within a reasonable time after the possible error is discovered. It is the customer's responsibility to show the error and tell how the error occurred.

Should you discover a defect, please contact Beslag Online as soon as possible. In general, you can only complain about a fault that occurred within 2 years of the item being delivered to you.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a consumer have a 3-year right of complaint, which means that you can have the product repaired, replaced, the money returned or the price reduced against showing a fault or defect. It must be clearly stated that there is a fault, defect or deficiency in the product in order to be able to invoke any of the above.

If you want to make a complaint regarding a product, you can do so by contacting customer service via e-mail info@beslagonline.com. In the e-mail, you describe the error and send your order number, you can attach pictures of the product to speed up the process.
