If your purchase didn't fit as planned, you're welcome to return it to us. We offer a 60-day right of withdrawal for all our products. The products must be returned in an unchanged condition in order for you to receive a full refund.

How to register and send your return:

1. Start by logging in to your page by clicking on "Sign in" (on desktop you find it on the top of the page and on mobile you find by opening up the menu and scrolling to the bottom).
2. Click return
   - Select the order you want to return
   - Choose which products you want to return
   - Enter number and reason
   - Leave a message if you wish
   - Click continue and you're done!
3. You will then receive an email confirming that your return has been registered. You will also receive an email with a return shipping slip that you print out and then stick on the package to then return the package to the same drop-off location where you picked it up.
4. You can then follow your return through the tracking number you receive when the package is delivered. Then the refund takes place when it has arrived and been handled by us.

As part of our environmental policy, we do not offer free returns, but a return cost of SEK 59 is added, which is deducted from the amount credited for your return.

NOTE! To make a correct return, you must register the return online before sending back your order.
