Did it not meet your expectations? No problem. At Beslag Online, you always have a 60-day right of withdrawal. To ensure your return is approved and that you receive a full refund, the products must be returned in their original, unchanged condition.

Please keep the following in mind when returning items:

• Products must be securely packed in their original packaging.

• Always use the same box or bag in which you received your order.

• It is not permitted to return items loosely, without outer packaging.

• If we receive the product in a condition different from how it was sent – for example, damaged or used – we unfortunately cannot approve the return.

How to register and send your return:

1. Start by logging into your account by clicking on the profile icon on our website. If you don’t have an account, read more here.
2. Click on "Return".
3. Select the order you wish to return.
4. Choose the products you want to return, specifying the quantity and reason.
5. Leave a message if you wish.
6. Click "Continue"—and you're done!

You will then receive a confirmation email that your return has been registered. You will also receive an email with a return shipping label, which you need to print and attach to the package before dropping it off at the same pickup point where you collected it.

You can track your return using the tracking number provided when you drop off the package. Your refund will be processed once we have received and handled your return.

As part of our environmental policy, we do not offer free returns. A return fee of €5 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
