Return opened products?

You can send multiple returns in one single package, but it is important that you register a return request for each individual order included in the shipment. 

Include your delivery notes in the return package. If you no longer have the original delivery note, you must instead enclose a clear note with your order number and a list of all returned items. If this information is missing, we will not be able to process your return.

When you register multiple returns, you will receive separate shipping labels sent to your email. You only need to use one of these labels – attach it to the package and drop off the return using the shipping method specified on the label.

IMPORTANT! To be approved, all returned products must be in their original, unchanged condition and securely packed.
