When you place an order with us, a customer number is automatically created, which also gives you an account with us. If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

At the top right, click on the icon to log in.

Then, use your email address as your username. Click on "Forgot password" and enter the email address you used when your customer profile was created. You will then receive an email with further instructions.

After that, you will receive an email where you can set a new password. Once you have chosen a new password, log in with your email address and the new password to access your account.
